This webpage has been created to raise awareness about an ongoing issue involving Manuel Bellini, the former legend of psytrance and current Owner/CEO of Alice D Records. He has deliberately defrauded collectives around the world through a calculated and harmful scam.

THESE SCREENSHOTS PRESENT A CHRONOLOGICAL RECORD OF THE CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN OUR CREW MEMBER AND THE ARTIST REGARDING THE BOOKING PROCESS. THEY REVEAL HOW MANUEL BELLINI CONDUCTS HIS SCAM, STEP BY STEP, TO RAISE AWARENESS AND HELP PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING TO YOUR COLLECTIVE OR VENUE.
1. The Beginning: This is where the conversation started. We presented the proposed event date to Manuel Bellini, and his response was: "Send $800, and you can announce."
2. Following his initial response, Manuel Bellini assured us, saying: "Happy to make it happen." Trusting his word, we proceeded with the payment, as evidenced in the attached screenshot.
3. When He Rushed Us to Send More Money: Despite already completing the initial payment, Manuel Bellini pressured us to send him additional funds urgently. His tone shifted, emphasizing the need for speed and further financial commitment.
4. When He Persistently Pressured Us for More Money: Manuel Bellini became increasingly insistent, urging us to send additional funds. To persuade us, he even offered a $100 discount, making the request seem more reasonable given our limited budget. This tactic, however, was just another step in his scheme.
5. When We Confirmed His Identity via Video Call + Proof of Second Payment: To ensure we were dealing with the real Manuel Bellini, we spoke to him directly over a video call. Feeling reassured, we proceeded to make the second payment, as shown in the attached proof of transaction.
6. When He Stopped Replying: After receiving the second payment, Manuel Bellini abruptly stopped responding to our messages. Despite multiple follow-ups, he ceased all communication, leaving us with no clarity and further reinforcing the deceit behind his actions.
7. When We Confronted Him About the Rumors: After hearing numerous troubling reports from other collectives, we confronted Manuel Bellini directly. He dismissed our concerns, brushing them off as mere “rumors,” even as the evidence against him continued to mount.
8. When We Distrusted Him and He Kept Promising Flights: As doubts grew regarding Manuel Bellini’s intentions, we expressed our concerns openly. Despite this, he continued to make empty promises about booking flights, attempting to maintain the illusion of legitimacy while avoiding accountability.
9. When He Delayed Sending His Passport: Manuel Bellini promised to send us his passport within 10 hours, creating a sense of urgency and trust. However, the next day, he changed his story, claiming it would take another week ,further raising doubts about his sincerity and intentions.
10. When I Gave Him the Chance to Defend Himself: Despite the mounting evidence, I extended an opportunity for Manuel Bellini to explain himself and regain our trust. Rather than addressing our concerns, he shifted the narrative, claiming he would return the money.
11. When He Claimed I Would Regret My Words: In response to our confrontation, Manuel Bellini dismissed our concerns and stated that I would “take my words back.”
12. When We Spoke on the Phone and He Sent Flights: During a phone call, Manuel Bellini swore to us that he would follow through and attend the event as promised. Shortly after, he finally sent the flight details; however, upon closer inspection, they appeared suspicious and difficult to verify, deepening our doubts about his commitment.
13. When We Believed Him and Decided to Move Forward: Despite the doubts and inconsistencies, we chose to trust Manuel Bellini once again and proceeded with organizing the event. At this stage, his reassurances convinced us to move forward, hopeful that he would honor his commitments.
14. When He Failed to Update Us on His Passport and Went Silent: After promising to provide updates on his passport, Manuel Bellini never followed through. As days passed, he stopped responding entirely, leaving us without answers and abandoning all communication.
15. When He Used Health Issues to Postpone and Avoid Accountability: Manuel Bellini claimed he had a herniated disc, using it as a reason to delay providing his passport once more. Despite this excuse, he failed to address our real concerns and never provided the contact information for his supposed "agent," further undermining our trust.
16. When He Went Silent Days Before the Event: As the event approached, Manuel Bellini still hadn’t responded to our messages. His continued silence left us frustrated and increasingly concerned about the outcome, heightening the tension and uncertainty surrounding the situation.
17. When He Continued Ghosting Us: Manuel Bellini’s silence persisted as he completely stopped responding to our messages. His unwillingness to communicate confirmed our fears and left us with no choice but to move forward without his cooperation.
18. When We Tried to Appeal to Him Professionally: In a final effort, we approached Manuel Bellini with professionalism, hoping to resolve the situation amicably. Despite our respectful attempts, he continued to ignore all communication, leaving us completely in the dark.
19. When Desperation Began to Grow: As Manuel Bellini continued to ignore all attempts at communication, frustration and desperation began to take hold. With the event drawing closer and no resolution in sight, the gravity of the situation became undeniable.
20. When the Situation Became Ridiculous: By this point, Manuel Bellini’s continued silence and unprofessional behavior had escalated to absurd levels. His unwillingness to engage left us astounded and further solidified the extent of his deception.

When He Made Excuses to Avoid Paying Back: Manuel Bellini conveniently claimed that he had intended to reimburse us, but changed his mind, accusing us of “stalking him.” This excuse came after he had vanished for the entire week leading up to the event, making his statement all the more absurd and unconvincing.

When He Threatened Us and Mocked the Situation: In an unbelievable turn of events, Manuel Bellini resorted to threatening us, positioning himself as the victim despite being the perpetrator of this scam. He even went so far as to mock the situation, calling the amount he stole from us a “joke,” further showcasing his complete lack of accountability and respect.
Let us clarify that, despite their prominence in the psytrance community, Alice D Records—led by Manuel Bellini—has taken no action to address this matter. Even with full awareness of the issue, they have chosen to remain silent and unresponsive. During our dealings, their involvement only served to bolster trust in Bellini, even as doubts began to surface. To this day, they continue to act as though nothing has happened, failing to uphold the standards of accountability and integrity our scene deserves.
This kind of behavior has no place in our scene. We call on everyone who becomes aware of these actions to stand with us in ensuring that this conduct is never tolerated again. PACHAMAMA FESTIVAL - Brasil
1 When They Started the Deal: This section outlines the initial agreement between Pachama Festival and Dark Whisper, providing context on how the collaboration began and the terms that were discussed.
2 Proof of Flights: Here is the evidence of the purchased flights, showcasing the organizers' commitment to fulfilling their end of the agreement.
3 WhatsApp Conversation Recording: This video recording captures the full WhatsApp conversation between Pachama Festival and Dark Whisper, highlighting the series of exchanges that led to the eventual fallout. Within the conversation, Pachama Festival confronts Dark Whisper about the situation, including the conflicting dates he had with another collective in the region, which was especially disconcerting given the tense climate at the time.
As the event date approached, Dark Whisper ceased responding entirely, leaving the organizers in the dark. When he finally reappeared, he resorted to his signature victim behavior, dismissing the organizers’ valid claims and treating them disrespectfully for their persistence in seeking answers. In the end, Manuel refused to take responsibility for his actions and instead sent a video where they were publicly calling him out as a scammer on their page.
Now 5 moths months have passed since the incident, and Manuel has not returned the money he owes Pachama Festival. Instead, he has resorted to threatening the organizers for exposing his actions, continuing his pattern of erratic and unprofessional behavior. To this day, he still owes them:

Streach N Dance - YATASAAL - India
1 YATASAAL ( Streach N Dance) hired "Persiko" as a booking agent to arrange Dark Whisper’s performances in India. From the start, the conversation followed a concerning pattern: misleading communication, ghosting, excuses involving delayed flights, and repeated demands for additional money under dubious pretenses.
Despite YATASAAL’s attempts to manage the situation professionally, these tactics led to growing frustration and showed a clear lack of accountability from Dark Whisper.
2 THE BOOKING AGENCY LETTING YATASAAL KNOW ABOUT THE SITUATION AND STATING THE MONEY MANUEL OWS HIM NOW DUE TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES (AMOUNT HE WILL NOT RETURN IN THE END)
After the situation escalated with the booking agency, YATASAAL’s organizer attempted to contact Manu directly in hopes of resolving the matter. However, these efforts only resulted in the same scenario: denial of responsibility, victim-playing behavior, and an overall dismissive attitude toward the consequences of his actions.
Several months have passed since YATASAAL’s event, and Dark Whisper has yet to take responsibility for his actions. Instead, he continues to dismiss the organizers’ concerns, showing no willingness to resolve the situation. To this day, he still owes them:
